North Florida Lions Eye Foundation

The North Florida Lions Eye Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing corneal tissue for the seeing impaired who need financial assistance. Being a fairly new organization, they needed “the works”: logo, website, web forms. I designed the site from the ground up and provided the client with a fresh look. This fully functional website is easily managed by the client and features a custom form for online assistance applications.
